If you are talking about Xperia SP, read first post in this thread, follow tutorial, flash your phone with all firmware parts in order:

1. APPSW,

2. FSP,

3. ELABEL

and post results :) If you can't connect your phone in flash mode, use EDL mode and testpoint.

Your phone is not supported in this mode. What phone are you trying to service?

Hi, I'm trying to fix my bricked Xperia SP. My PC (running windows 10) sees the device as "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM5)" . But S1tool stuck at "wating for the phone" level. What can you say about that problem?

LT25i is Xperia V, not Xperia S. You don't need boot files for both of them. Just flash proper firmware. Also if you have a question about other phone than Xperia SP, start a new thread in proper forum.

So your initial problem is damaged partition system, not damaged boot. Mr the_laser made for you new version of S1Tool which allows to skip TA open attempt. Download and run this version: attachicon.gifs1tool 28II2015.exe of s1tool and try to flash boot file in s1 emergency mode. Post output log here after flash.

How to get mbn file for msm8260a xperia tx Please help!

Any output log? Well, are you sure that all Sony programs (PC Companion) and other tools are turned off (also in tray)?

Hi, I have a question before proceeding the great method you provided, my phone almost doesn't have much reaction to buttons ,lcd doesn't turn on,just red led while charging and only back OFF button makes 3 vibrates and then nothing. it doesn't even charge the battery (1.7 volt tested with multimeter) .
so this means my phone is hard bricked? or maybe damaged charging circuit?

What's the reason your phone is not working anymore?

I don't know for sure, maybe a faulty charger but it was a kind of sudden death. no impact or water damage .
does the boot control voltages?

No. If phone was not flashed or software modified i assume it's hardware issue.

Probably yes , I've connected device through this method to pc today, the phone appears as zeus flash in device manager.
after a few seconds when I was about to run s1tool, it disconnected by it self, is this common or its only my device?
(I should manual charge the battery to be able to connect again)
--->is the attachment below the test point for bootloader repair?
why appears as zeus and not " qhusb_dload device" in device manager?

It's in this post: https://sony.yt/topi...303/#entry43752. Phone should be detected even if battery is disconnected.

one problem solved= without battery phone doesn't disconnect.
it shows as zeus flash device in device manager which s1tool doesn't recognise it,with the lower pin connected it shows as semc flash
I never used s1tool, I've used flashtools for rom and kernel flashing to my old Sony Ericsson device years ago.
can't I use stock frimware to flash with flashtools?

I was able to flash and update bootloader to version R118023 successfully with this method.
However it turned out my RAM ic is facing issues and is technically DeaD! cannot find replacement on the market, DAMN
