C+2+5 is incorrect combination. Holding "c" button allows you to connect SEMC phone in flash mode. Holding 2+5 allows your phone to enter "bootrom mode".You must pick correct mode depending on what you want to do with your phone. For just flashing pick flash mode. For unlocking - bootrom mode. For GDFS backup in W850 flash mode is enough, but if your phone can't enter flash mode, try bootrom mode.
