Hi. I found what Jurij found solution for qhsusb_dload for Sony Xperia SP C5303 and for Sony Xperia ZL C6502 / C6503 / C6506. I have Xperia L C2105 with this problem because I format sdcard (internal) partition while install CyanogenMod for mistake. I could test this solution, but
1. I need S1 Boot for Xperia L C2105, please.
2. I need pin for connect
