Hi, sorry I've been a way for a bit. Thanks for all your help. So I finally got fed up and dissamebled my zr c5502. I did as your tutorial said using TestPoint. The phone is now recognized as "ZEUS" device. After this, nothing happens. It does not "load emergency s1 loader, re-enumerate usb, load s1 loader, update boot in your phone and flash selected firmware"

I would upload a screenshot of my pc at tihis point, however, I just don't seem to be able to figure how to insert images in a post on this forum.

Please don't giveup on me, help me get my phone back. I only used it a month since i bought it and it's been in a coma since 2015! It dropped from barely a 2ft height. I can't imagine that could have caused any hardware damage.

...so sorry I took so long to get back. I honestly didn't think I was gonna get a reply coz of the age of this forum. Many thanks for response.

Well my phone is detectected by my computer as Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM11). So I go to step 2 thru 5 of your tutorial. Yet after I press ready and then connect usb (battery still in phone), S1 tools says "waiting on phone". Am I doing this wrong?

Hi, I'm really new to this forum. Please pardon any "wrong steps". thanks for all your information. However, I got completely lost after step 5 of your tutorial. My phone shows up in the device manager of my pc. So after step 5, was I supposed to put the battery back in my phone and then hook up the usb or not? Please break it down just a little more for me.
