Bootloader Unlocked Allowed: NO

That means you can't unlock bootloader in your device. I don't believe such a phone can have unlocked bootloader. That phones bootloader can be unlocked only by Sony factory or service centre with proper Sony service equipment + level access.

Search for root methods working on phone with locked bootloader or sell your phone and buy unit where bootloader unlock is possible.

You can root it with kingroot.    See https://rootmydevice...sony-xperia-z5/     But this software plants (maybe) unwanted program in your phone, so you can replace it to supersu, after you rooted it.   After you rooted your phone with kingroot, you can install supersu and "system app remover", so at first you should disable kingroot in your device to confirm supersu is working, then remove kingroot with "system app remover."   Then your phone looks like rooted with supersu.   You can do it w/o twrp recovery.
