You can get it for free from Sony. But your phone must have unlocked bootloader unlock status " Bootloader unlock allowed - yes" .

Yes my Bootloader is unlockable but my original imei is corrupt also erased and I do not know my original imei. So far I know imei is needed to unlock boorloader. I heared that Bootloader unlock code is storaged in little kernel or something else and the question is how to read this code.
