Hello
It is possible that the lcd tape is damaged

Lcd in z3 and z3ds is the same only tape are different

i check lcd tape - all is ok

i tried different tapes and problem does not gone away

phone is loaded and i can hear that he works

i ring pin on motherboard's connector with pin on lcd all is ok

may D6603's tape bring damage to motherbord's details of backlight? may something burn? or this tape cant burn details?

D6633 is dual sim variant. Maybe you think that it's very similar phone, but it looks like flex tape is different. Take a look on original parts distributor webpage:

1: D6633 Xperia Z3 Dual tape: https://magboss.pl/1...p,pl,39675.html

2. D6603/ D6643/ D6653 Xperia Z3 tape: https://magboss.pl/1...p,pl,39609.html

Part id is different, layout n the tape is different. For sure i would not risk to mount D6603 tape into D6633 phone.

Of course. Wrong or damaged tape can cause short circuit on main board and burn components. Once i've ordered flex for C905 phone and it was damaged (from water damaged phone i suppose or water damaged tape) and after that i saw only smoke on main board, then phone was working but there was no backlight and main board was extremely hot.

Try to mount original d6633 working flex. If that will not help, try to swap working d6633 main board. And you will get the answer.

Check out this topic: http://sony.yt/topic...6420#entry46420. I've posted there all service manuals i have for D6633 phone. Read troubleshooting guide and take a closer look on component placement pdf for L55 / D6633 phone which i've just added: Attached File  L55_Component_Placement.pdf   312.86K   518 downloads , you will localise faulty component and it will be easier for you to replace it. Second solution - buy new main board for D6633 or working phone with broken lcd and swap the main board.
