after updating my xperia c4 dual touch is not responsive so I tried unlocking the bootloader then downgraded it.

 

after using flashtool my phone wont open.. the pc doesn't recognize it.. keeps telling me that drivers needs to be installed..

 

 

tried using flash tool again but cant enter flashmode or fast boot. I only have the red led.

 

please help me ((

Why did you tried to unlock bootloader on damaged phone?

You don't need to unlock bootloader to flash the phone. That was a stupide move. Try to hard reset your device, read user guide how to do that.

tried everything from this site: hardreset info

I cant do method 1 'cause I cant even turn on the phone

method 2 just keeps loading and

for method 3 I cant enter flashmode

Any tips?

Test point + S1 tool. Sadly there is not a proper guide for c4 models. Help Guys

Xperia C4 is not supported and probably will never be. Describe your problem in a new thread in Sony Xperia C4 forum.
