If you have backup - you can restore it. If you do not have backup - buy working phone with broken lcd and swap main board.

For all Sony phones + sony ericsson phones with MSM8255 mcu with fixed security flaw.  You can repair trim area in X10, X8, W8, X10 mini, X10 mini pro phones using resurrection cables (com as interface) or in MSM8255 phones produced before 12W16 using testpoint method.

 you think a days, there is a solution to repair z3, with TA lost

Do not count on that. Imagine that because of 2048-bit rsa signature some phones released in 2009 year can't be unlocked: S1 OPEN (Vivaz, Vivaz pro, Satio)  LOADERAID 0004, TXT, TXT PRO, MIX WALKMAN, some other ODM phones... Those phones are worth almost nothing now, and they still can't be unlocked. The same will be with Xperia Z3...

you have said that there is no tool supporting hard bricked (ta damaged) Z3 in emergency mode, or other modes

 

even i have the full TA backup

Did you tried JTAG / direct eMMC tools? If that can't help you - you can't fix that main board at the moment.
