Hello,

If you do not have backup from working state - that phone is a brick. In this case you can:

1. Buy working Xperia Z3 dual D6633 with broken LCD and swap main board or:

2. Sell that phone for replacement parts and buy new phone.

No other solutions, sorry.

Yes, this main board is dead forever. You can use it as a source of spare parts. S1Tool does not support Xperia Z3 / Z3 dual / Z3 compact at all.

but how can't be solution for this

Sony Xperia smartphones are protected by S1 signature protected by 2048-RSA key, which is unbreakable, that's why we can't unlock those phones, repair imei etc. There is also no known bug in S1 security or MSM8974AC chipset (like in case of 2011 xperia line) so we can't rebuild hw config or repair trim area in those phones.

even with SEtool box

Even with Setool2 box or any other box. If anyone will break 2048-bit rsa key, s1 security or find a security hole in MSM8974AC chipset, Setool2 will add support for that feature too. But that is hardly going to happen :(

or a sony repair service center

Authorized Sony service centre can make only main board swap. You can do that too by yourself, just buy working Xperia Z3 D6633 with broken lcd and swap it ;)

You've said, that you do not have backup. IF trim area is already damaged, you can't fix that.

Lol :smierc: Sorry, but i'm affraid that you have no idea what Trim Area partition is. Trim area contains very specific phone configuration including imei, simlock units, security units, calibration data etc. You can use only Trim Area from your own phone. If you have working Xperia Z3 phone without Trim Area backup and you will flash Trim Area from other working Xperia Z3 phone, phone will be dead forever. Never ever do that again.

I don't think that sony corporation damaged your trim area. What exactly you did to your phone?

That is what you did on the very beggining that your phone became dead?

Do not throw it out in the trash. Sell it for replacement parts or buy working Xperia Z3 D6633 with broken LCD and swap main board. Check this out: http://www.ebay.com/...=item3d03be767b, search for similar listings...

Check ebay and other similar websites, ask for international shipping to Tunisia. This one:

Item location:
Kiev, Ukraine

Ships to:
Worldwide

So shipping to Tunisia should be possible. Ask seller for more details and don't give up ;)

Then look for cheaper offers or sell your phone for replacement parts.

You can make trim area backup from any working Sony phone. Trim area backup will work only for your phone.

HI; jurij

so what should he do if he has the backup. he is going to wait some years until the the 2048bit broken as you said to me in other thread, or did you get any news about that stubborn phone?
