There is no software which allow to flash Xperia Z2 in S1 Emergency mode, so testpoint is useless. What happened to your phone?

If TA partition is damaged and you HAVE backup from working state, you can try to restore it.

If TA partition is damaged and you DO NOT HAVE backup from working state - that phone is a brick. Sell it for replacement parts and buy new phone or buy working Xperia Z2 with broken LCD and swap main board.

If boot is damaged - that phone is a brick, as there is no any tool which support Xperia Z2 in S1 Emergency mode. Sell it for replacement parts and buy new phone or buy working Xperia Z2 with broken LCD and swap main board.

But first at all use fully charged battery (it's a good idea to use battery from working phone) and perform deep HW reset:

Description:

How to do HW reset (forced shut down) for each product is described in the
product?s test instruction (or product manual on the support pages). There are
2 modes of hardware reset in almost all of our products launched 2012 or later
(see exceptions above):

1. Press the HW reset until you get several vibrations, the phone reset and shut down

2. If you do not get any vibration and you continue to press the HW reset, then
after 2 minutes (120s) the phone will perform a very deep HW reset without any
notification! This can solve some rare cases without having to open the unit and
remove and attach the battery connector.

Solution:
If the phone is dead or hanged and do not respond to charger and you don?t get
the vibration doing HW reset, the problem may be solved by continue to press the
reset button for 2 minutes. The long HW reset would solve cases where you don?t
get HW reset vibrations but the unit start after removing and reattaching the
battery connector.
