Hold that reset button for at least 120 second, then try to connect your phone with vol-...

 

Same think mate...i can see it only as "Usb Input device" and the red led is blinking every 5 seconds.

also...the "Usb Input device" is connecting and disconecting on device manager every 3,4 seconds as long the phone have the usb cable connected...

The last thing you can check - try to connect that phone / perform deep HW reset with at least 50% charged battery (100% recommended) or charge your battery in working phone / external charger. If that will not help, find working Xperia Z3 with broken LCD and swap main board. I don't know why phone is hard bricked, so i can't help you more

Solved...broked him with a hammer...i lost 3 days trying to fix this damn phone...at least i briked it forever )

lol , you must have some patience , if you wait some months, maybe  Z3 became an exploitable phone.

hello friends, sorry for my bad english. the 17 of january present year, buy a xperia z3... 18 of january update 5.0.2 to 5.1.1, and good all good also root and dual recovery, oh xposed too. all good. i am had xperia sola, xperia p, xperia z, xperia z2, en ever do that, flash room use flash tool...never have trouble...but newly bought xperia z3, 19 january afternon after having used the z3, leave it on the desk; spend 2 minut returns to take, and the z3 it was turn off. no charged no turn on, dont read the pc. i dont know how to do to fix. 

no warranty, because a friend bought it in spain...

i live in ecuador.

 

in this moment finish read this the z3 remove the back cover.

 

please some helpme to fix my z3.

Leave it on charger and try to repair firmware using PC Companion. If that will not help, it's hardware problem. You don't need to remove back cover, there is no any tool on the world which could flash that phone using testpoint.

Is not my phone, it`s my brother phone. He tryed to update his firmware with a wrong version i mean...After that the phone is dead...when i attach the usb cable only the red led is blinking, also if i press PW and Volume+ the phone is vibrating 3 times.

Buddy,download the flashtool and also download your firmware.ftf depend on your model eg: d6603 first
Install flashtool and drivers, then flash it using the ftf file while connecting in fflashmode
