i have swap internal sd with external sd after that i have reboot my phone , any solutions ?

If you can't connect your phone in flash mode, visit nearest service centre with JTAG tool, maybe they will help you, but i doubt it. Buy working Xperia J with broken LCD and swap main board.

i cant repair it ? my phone is monted as qualacom hs

You can. In nearest service centre which has JTAG tool allowing to use MSM7227A exploit Or via main board swap. No other solution, you can't repair your phone for free.
