Hi, my sony z3 bricked when flashing new rom by flashtool. I've try disassembly, found testpoint as you mention (PC regconised ESMC device). So, can I use this method for it? If yes, where I can find needed file to flash?

I've downloaded stock rom (23.0.D.1.123 for z3 D6616- lollipop) , but cannot found the needed file. Help me, please!

Sorry for my bad English.

Hello,

I've moved your post to the new thread in Sony Xperia Z3 forum.

my sony z3 bricked when flashing new rom by flashtool

Can you post flashing log?

I've try disassembly, found testpoint as you mention (PC regconised ESMC device)

You can make a good picture of your main board and mark testpoint for future reference - i think a lot of people will be interested to know where it's placed ;)

So, can I use this method for it?

No, you can't flash that phone using testpoint (s1 emergency mode) at the moment.

If yes, where I can find needed file to flash?

I've downloaded stock rom (23.0.D.1.123 for z3 D6616- lollipop) , but cannot found the needed file. Help me, please!

In your case you can repeat flash procedure using Flashtool or you can try to repair firmware in your phone using PC Companion. Or you can visit nearest service centre (or use our sony ericsson online service) and your phone will be flashed using professional service tool if boot / trim area is not damaged. And for the future - if flashing process is failed - just repeat it and if needed - fix the core issue. There is no point of disassembling phone, loosing waterproof feature and warranty... ;)

I've ghosted  my computer lastnight, so don't have flashing log.

about testpoint: I removed battery cable, use the needle to connect all golden point to nearest cage (one by one), after that, I plug usb cable, PC regconised it as SEMC device. :D so I don't know which one. But I noticed that there is one circle point had 9 small dot inside, I think that it is. I attach picture below.

I cant acces flashmode when use flashtools and PC companion (hold volume down button when connect cable) so cannot flash anything.

No warranty for my phone, it is T-Mobile model, I'm in Vietnam. :(

Well then, assembly your phone and perform deep hw reset (usually using hw reset button or vol- + power combination). Hold vol- and power for 120 seconds, phone may vibrate during that operation. Then try to flash your phone using flashtool.

and maybe your TA is damaged

You can't damage trim area by flashing proper firmware.

if yes no hope at the moment until one of jtag services find a solution how to repair the ta partition

JTAG can't fix trim area, but it allows to write backup if you have one. Fixing trim area, unlocking, changing imei etc. in Xperia Z3 / Z3 dual smartphones (and many more) is currently impossible because Sony smartphones are protected by RSA-2048 bit signature, for now - unbreakable.
