Hi

I have Sony Xperia M2 Dual phone and it's working perfectly ,

After awhile the illumination bar is not working !! any advice .!!

Please make backup of all your contacts, messages, pictures and other data from your phone (you can use My Phone Explorer to do that) and update firmware in your phone to the latest version using for example Sony PC Companion or build in app for software update. Maybe it's a bug in your firmware version and has been fixed in newer firmware.
