Hello,
That is impossible. Only via main board swap... Just buy working Xperia SP with broken LCD for example and swap it using service manual from our forum: http://sony.yt/topic...kcja-serwisowa/ . There is no any third party tool able to unlock / change imei / rebuild hw config in any current Sony phone (except 6 phones based on MSM722XA chipset).
