Say what? Listen if you can't write back trim area - nothing will help you. Find working Xperia Z with broken lcd for example, swap main board and that's all you can do.

If you are still interested, please post your trim area backup here or on Setool2 support forum. Mr the_laser will extract security units so you will be able to flash it using s1tool.

Which one is a backup of your Xperia Z when it was working?

Well i guess that TA Backup OK Original is the correct working one. I've created fixup file for you. Never done that before, but it should work:  TA-backup-35566605188267.rar   2.92K   121 downloads

 

Now run current s1tool version (from the unbrick tutorial), choose emergency mode and select files to flash in EXACT order:

 

1. Fixup script:  TA-backup-35566605188267.rar   2.92K   121 downloads

 

2. Xperia Z C6602 APPSW file,

 

3. Xperia Z C6602 FSP file,

 

4. Xperia Z C6602 Elabel file,

 

5. Xperia Z C6602 CDF file (optional).

 

then post results

Well, if you can't flash fixup script i really doubt that you can fix that phone. However i've posted your log and files to mr the_laser. Maybe he will figure something out... I will post you if i will get reply

This is the answer from mr the_laser:

 

 

trim area structure damaged, phone is brick, but can be repaired using JTAG - via jtag write valid trim area image from same phone model, using s1tool write security units backup.

 

So use jtag, write trim area from working C6602, write backup created by me using s1tool, reflash it and phone should work

sorry for late responce but i have Riff Jtag Thats why they updated Late .......... now i Got (XPERIA Z C6602.riffpkg) i have been post u result tomorrow.........

 

 

(the pinouts are very Deffucelt to Solder)
