I'm trying to use this app to unlock bootloader of my Xperia Ray.

However I'm stuck as I cannot launch it on Windows 8.1. Once every 10-20 tries windows od s1tool blinks and that's all

I have VMware with Xp installed ant on it I can launch s1tool, however when it asks to connect turned off device it doesn't work, I don't know what to do as device is not recognized. All YT guides shows that tdevice is already turned off and app should unlock bootloader, bot for me it wait's for device

Any idea? Either for running it on Win8.1 or for making devices visible on guest XP?

You can try run s1tool as under windows XP on Windows vista or newer. However you can't unlock bootloader for free using s1tool on that phone. That option is only for 2010 xperia devices.

sir i contacted you in your skype account. is there a chance my xa ultra f3215 to fix? after i downgrade my xa from nougat to marshmallow it wont boot anymore, flashboot and fastboot mode wont work anymore, but my computer detects my device as SOMC mtk6755 virtual serial port 3.

This is s1tool tutorial and that can't be done using current s1tool version. But it can be easly done with paid tool

I am found custom recovery on forum xda dev,try to install it with adb but my phone is stuck on boot loop...now,myxperia xa1 ultra g3226 is without any recovery ...and now again I need your help to install stock rom....can you help me with this?    or you got any another solution?
