I think it's driver problem. Try to uninstall that device with driver and install proper driver. Gordon's gate flash driver must be installed. I suppose you are using windows 8 - 8,1?

NowPC detect it as ZEUS flash drive

My 6503 is completely dead. device manager did not detect anything. when the test point is connect, the device manager detects Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoad 9008
I followed the steps to number 6, but stuck there.
Connect test point -flash - testpoint ready - connect usb and nothing happens. Still waiting for phone. PC react when plug usb but the program does not!
