The phone has corrupted TA partition. (that's what I was told) 

I guess that's why I can't restore it with s1tool.

That's correct. I have phone's box and even under battery It's written LT25I/Xperia V. I'll wait for this guy to confirm what has caused the brick and will share with you.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm using this version. The guy that left me the phone - didn't tell what caused the brick. I already asked him, but probably you're right. is there another file called  R11AB029.S1_MSM8960_R3_S1Boot_1264_2289_Live_HWID6B50E1.SOFTWARE.SIN_FILE_SET that I can try?
