Xperia z SIM Card invalid after firmware update

22 September 2015 - 15:47

Hello everybody,

First I would like to thank you to the moderator of the forum for great guide how to access bootloader for XPERIA phones

Here bellow is my story.

I have update my phone with lolipop firmware for xperia z with unofficial flash tool, but there was a bug in the software which is describe here - http://forum.xda-dev...920746&page=278

There result of my update was the when i access service menu *#*#7378423#*#* in configuration it's writen that Rooting status : Unknown

Also i noticed that there is no modem configuration. This impact my GSM/3G Module and i can't use my phone, so there is no signal and show me invalid card

I have try to reinstall firmware via sony pc comparison, but still same. I have only try to install Jelly Bean, KitKat and Lolipoop and result was same

I have try to unlock my bootloader with fast boot i there was error, for that reason i have try with flashtool also. It's shows that bootloader is NOT_ROOTABLE and after unlock it noting was happens actually. When i checked my DRM keys in service menu it's shows me that keys are active.

Unfortunately i don't have backup of my TA partition, but i think that my device is not with unlocked bootloader.

Now I am trying to flash my device with S1Tool, but i don't like to disassemble it. My Device is recognized in device manager as S1 Service, not qhusb_dload

When i try to flash it via S1tool i have error message

Unexpected command 010000000000

I will be thankful if someone share his experience and help me with my problem. Thank you very much in advance for your time reading my issue
