Hi,

 

After I was using the phone for more then a year, suddenly it did not save the photos on the memory card nor on the phone memory.

 

I re-flashed the phone, and I was happy because after the process, it saved the first photo on the phone's memory. Therefore I inserted back again the memory card and after it completed the memory card reading process, it did not save the photos again.

Did anyone had this issue before? Many thanks any feedback in advance.

Backup all files from memory card and format it in phone or try different m2 memory card.

I re-flashed again the cellphone. And this time I did not insert the memory card. It was unable to save pictures even if I used the phone memory.

Try different firmware version. If that will not help, i would disassembly that phone and inspect camera area.
