Which program does it work with? Far manager with JD flasher or Setool lite?

Sony Ericsson W380 is based on PNX5230 chipset, to be honest can't remember if FAR with JD Flasher will handle it. A2 uploader for sure not. If FAR will not work for you, you will need paid service / tool to flash your phone.
