I have an internet problem. When i try to open a website, i have this message:

Communication error. Try again or contact your service provider.

Can you help me please!

Hello,
I made the right configuration, when i run Google.com, it works without problem but when i run Yahoo.fr here is the message i receive:

Communication failed. The secure connection failed.

What can i do!

1. Is this problem releated to Sony Ericsson W995?

 

I assume, that yes.

 

2. Are you using build in web browser?

 

If yes, i can only suggest to install latest Opera mini java browser and use it.

 

If that does not help, the only thing you can do is to use any modern smartphone for internet - releated usage, and use W995 for multimedia stuff (music, video, camera, radio, phone calls, texts etc).

 

Reason: Sony Ericsson W995 is 10 years old device now. 10 years ago nobody thought about ssl madness (which we have today) and frankly that's why 10 years old build in browser does not support ssl properly. Also web design has changed, you may have problems with displaying modern websites properly. You can always use your W995 as HSDPA modem and browse internet on your computer, current Firefox works perfectly
