i forget my pin of z3 dual 

i don't know what can i do to open it agin

Hello,

 

What exactly do you need? Because:

 

PIN - Personal Identification Number - it's a security number of your sim card. If you have problem with your pin - contact your network operator.

 

Android lock screen pattern / code - Reflash phone. All your data will be lost if you do not have backup.

thanks alot for answer mr. jurij

my second problem mr Emperror of sony kingdom

is incoming call ring is too low

but music player volume and notification are normal 

also when i make tests for loud speaker is good

but incoming call ringer and when i open speaker during a call is seem tobe too low
