Hi, I'm looking for help as I can't seem to find it on any other place, I own an Xperia X Performance Dual F8132 it has warranty available but in Taiwan as it is an international version, So I flashed the wrong rom it was actually a cooked rom through twrp now my phone is completely bricked no led no vibration nor being recognized by my pc, Is there a way in which I can bring it back to life?

I don't know what exactly you've flashed, so it's hard to say what is damaged. For sure at least boot. Visit good service centre which has direct emmc tool and knowledge how to use it, maybe they will help you. But if you've for example damaged also partitions system on your phone, it's a brick. Buy working phone and sell yours as a source of spare parts or buy working phone with broken lcd and swap main board.That's the easiest solution for this situation.

can't enter to flash mode just fastboot and my bootloader locked i con't execution many command.

This is qualcomm based phone so finding testpoint will give you nothing. There is no way to flash it using tespoint as we do not have emergency loaders for that phone model.
