How your phone is detected by Windows device manager when you connect it with vol- button? Recently flashtool bricks so many Sony phones during flash attempt that i would not recommend that tool to anybody. Try PC Companion to fix your phone.

Did you tried with deep reset trick? Start flashing procedure, hold volume down + reset buttons for at least 120 seconds and connect usb cable, after 120 seconds release reset button and still hold volume down button - phone should enter flash mode.
