I need this 3 files for Sony Xperia SP device.

1. MPRG8960T.hex
2. 8960T_msimage.mbn
3. rawprogram0.xml
4. patch0.xml

Please help me my phone is hard bricked and lose loader parition flash tool can't detect my phone in this stat Qalcomm HS-USB QDload 9008

This tool can't detect phone in HS-USB QDload mode only Jtag or QPST tool can help now but I need MSM8960 board programmer, I mean the files who control loader and all partition.

Please if you have this phone generat this 2 file for me

It depends what direct emmc programmer you are using. Ask their support for help.

I have the first 2 files that you have mentioned, but the file is not having T before file extention period ie.,MPRG8960.HEX, also pls note that, this 4 files is not the complete package, you also need lots of image files such as system, boot etc specific to your phone to actually start the. Download process, the information of such files is within rawprogram.xml i guess
Also normal users don't get access to rom for qhsub_dload mode of xperia as it is available for other OEM'S
