All Sony Xperia smartphones has all available languages inside of their firmware. Some of them are just hidden in build.prop file because of customization reason. I know, it's stupid, but ask Sony why they are doing that ;) So if you want to add some missing language you can:

1. Find firmware with specific customization (all MEA firmwares has arabic inside for example) and flash it,

2. Or use my tutorial: http://sony.yt/topic...id-smartphones/, edit build.prop file and make all languages visible.

I hope that answer solves your problem :)
