What happened to your phone? If trim area is damaged and you do not have backup of original trim area, there is nothing you can do. Buy working Xperia E3 D2212 with broken screen and swap main board.

phone is working fine but imei is unknown ............... i think trim area is damaged ........... please post any working TA.img as soon as possible ....

Do not play with trim area! Don't you even think about it, you will brick your phone forever and it's not fixable by any tool on the world. Please check information sticker on your phone and make sure what kind of Xperia E3 / E3 dual model it's exactly. Then flash proper firmware. For example for D2212 phone use D2212 firmware. For D2203 phone use D2203 firmware. Wrong firmware can cause no imei / no baseband issues.
