Try this S1tool:  - it's the latest one. If that will not help, that means your phone is not supported and the only thing you can do is to buy working Xperia SP with broken LCD and swap main board.

Please help..

Please describe your problem. What happened that phone become dead? Can your phone be detected in windows device manager when you hold vol- button and attach usb cable?

Use PC Companion or Xperia Firmware downloader.

I've been using s1tool but get this error...

S1tool does not support Xperia M phone. And will never be. Can you answer to my questions:

I think due to improper use init.d scripts using mmcblk0p3

yes my phone is detected as zeus flash device ..

is there any hope of repair ?

It looks like boot is erased. If you can't flash your phone using Flashtool or PC Companion, please contact mr the_laser:

. Download and run current usb over network server, configure your router properly and ask him for help. Maybe he will help you. If not - buy working phone with broken lcd and swap main board.
