Sony has published white paper of it's latest smartphone M51w, which is Sony Xperia Z1 Compact variant for Chinese market. Sony Xperia Z1 Compact M51w is supporting networks:

 

UMTS HSPA+ 850 (Band V), 900 (Band VIII), 1700 (Band IV),1900 (Band II), 2100 (Band I) MHz

GSM GPRS/EDGE 850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz

 

so there is no LTE support in standard firmware. However that smartphone has processor MSM8974 which supports LTE, so probably firmware change to D5503 variant will enable LTE option. Initial release of MW51w smartphone will be running Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system and phone will be available in four colors: black, white, pink and lime.
