It's a 5" Full HD smartphone with a 20 MPx G-lens camera. Xperia Z1s, has also one of the most powerful mobile SoC's on the world: quad core 2,2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 MSM8974 with GPU Adreno 330, 2GB RAM, 32 GB ROM, 20 MPx camera and is running Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system.
