I upgraded my Elm r7ca061 to r7ca065 successfully, but patches stopped working Indeed, 2 or 3 patches work of all my tested patches.
1. Does anyone know why? (before upgrade patches worked fine, i use jjpatcher)
2. Does anyone have FS_Baltic? (no matter 061 or 065)

Sometimes patches works when using jjpatcher, sometimes not. If you want to apply a lot of patches, sell your elm and buy any DB3150-D3350 phone with cid 52 or 53. I recommend W995 for example. You can change certificate and patch your phone permanently then, using FAR manager. Patching in java is very unstable and temporary - nothing more to add. You can downgrade firmware using Omnius for free. Search for baltic firmware on topsony or topse.ru forums. Or via google, yandex, rapidshare or 4shared search engines etc. If you will not find it, i can reflash your phone with baltic firmware, but it is paid online service, 2mbps internet connection speed or better and windows vista or newer are required

I found solution. In my case i put folder "Patches" to memory card/other AND to phone memory/other.
Patches work
But not always, as jjpatcher has bugs.

Now i am quite satisfied.
