Hi , i was wondering if there's any service that can allow my phone to change my phone from Bootloader unlock :no to yes so I can unlock the bootloader and proceed to root my phone? Would hope to get an answer as fast as possible, thanks.

As far as i know, only Sony service tool can do that, so the answer for you is no.
