S1tool is a demo version of Setool2, was used to help fixing Xperia Z and Z Ultra with damaged boot due to Sony's mistake (firmware update without boot update caused dead phone). Then more devices was added, for example Xperia SP, Xperia T, Xperia ZR etc. Every supported phone has tutorial. If there is no tutorial, most likely your phone is not supported.
