Sony Mobile has announced results for Q3 2013

Sony has announced results for Q3 of 2013 year (1 October to 31 December 2013) confirming that company sold 10.7 million Xperia smartphones during the period. It's a 0,7 million sold smartphones more, than in previous quarter (10 million sold units).
However Sony has also changed it's full-year forecast by 5 percent from 42 million to 40 million smartphones, so the company will sell less than 10 million units in the last period up to 31th March 2014. It's probably because Sony has not announced new flagship smartphone for 2014 year yet and it's not planning to do that during this period.
