I have xperia z with identical problem "anwar726", see post "http://sony.yt/topic...-please-help/".How can i upload my backup TA in my xperia z? Whit backupTA software i can not because my phone in Flash Or Zuses Mode and not in ABD mode. Could you kindly help me?

So please attach your trim area backup, i will create fixup script for you. If trim area is damaged - you must flash trim area from Xperia Z using JTAG then write security units using S1Tool. If you do not have trim area backup, your phone is a brick and only main board swap can help

How can i upload my backup TA .img with s1tool? What's the procedure to upload it?

Sorry that you've been waiting so long, Easter and today's blackout caused that delay. Here is file with security units from phone with imei number: 35576205150300:

Unrar that .sin_file_set file and flash it using current S1tool:   s1tool 28II2015.exe   3.13MB   4780 downloads in s1 emergency mode just like described in this thread: http://sony.yt/topic...03-c6606-c6616/. Post log from flashing After succesful flash you must flash your phone with proper Xperia Z firmware in order:

 

1. APPSW, 

 

2. FSP,

 

3. ELABEL.

 

Then your phone should be fixed.

I managed to upload my original backup ta .img in the xperia z and power on immediately. The file you changed, what improvements should be made? I would agree to overwrite the TA.img already uploaded with the image you fixed? Thanks a lot

If your phone is fixed, just enjoy your phone. I've just extracted security units from your trim area image and prepared flashing file for S1Tool. But if your phone is working, you don't need that anymore
