Finally, thanks to ASAN-GSM team and xda-developers members, we have free tool to repair all Xperia neo and Xperia arc phones damaged by firmware download. Damaged phones show always 0% battery, no matter how long they are charged. This solution will fix up that issue.

Download program: Attached File  ZeroPercentFixTool.rar   14.83MB   65 downloads
Follow that steps:

1) Open Application then press "Get Unlock code" in that site click on Continue Button
2) in Legal terms Form check all check boxes
3) now enter IMEI and other Fields after that on Your unlock code appeared so enter that code to application
4) click on Fix it Button then with powered off phone press menu button and connect Cable to Phone install needed driver
5) if every thing be ok process will continue now wait until process end after that remove cable and battery from phone
then insert battery and power on phone...

Dziś wypróbuję solucję i dam odpowiedź.

Witam ponownie, wszystko działa super! :D mój neo v znów widzi baterię i może ją ładować. Przetestuję rzez parę dni i dam znać czy wszystko na pewno działa.

Hi again. Works perfectly. I'll test my phone for several days and write again. Thanks very much :)

After a few hours the battery has still 85%. The battery can't be charged more than 85%. Perhaps after complete discharge it can be fully charged again.

Well, the_laser said that it is:

very raw and rude fix

I've never tested it. It's solution from xda developers and it brings your phone to life - i think that's most important. I think the full solution for that problem (damaged gauge controller ) is to swap main board in authorized service centre.
