I can but there is no point of doing that as your trim area is damaged, writing security units back will not help as you must write back all trim area backup and there is no way to write back trim area backup / sin_file_set at the moment ;)

Sorry, i was very busy. Here is security units backup in .sin_file_set format for Sony Xperia Z3 D6603 IMEI 35626506133132: Attached File  TA-backup-35626506133132.rar   2.93K   47 downloads :) Do not try to flash that into another Sony phone, it will brick your phone. And don't forget, that it's just security units backup, in your case you need to write back full backup of trim area partition into your Xperia Z3 D6603 smartphone :)

With what version exactly? Any flashing log?

Hold volume down button and attach usb cable. Tell me what device do you see in device manager.

Uninstall that device, install Gordon's Gate Flash Driver: , reboot your pc, hold vol- and attach usb cable, check device manager again.

I allready have installed Gordon's gate drivers...with test point connected (with battery off) i can see it as "SEMC Flash device" and if i connect the battery (with test point removed) i see it as "USB Input device".

I will try that on another computer cause i installed alot of drivers...

Another point...if i press power and volume+ is vibrating 3 times...nothing more...the screen is black...also z3 have a reset point near the sim slot...if i press it holding the power button i got the same think...the phone is vibrating 3 times...nothing more.

Sometimes the red led is blinking when i connect the usb cable...
