Hey, Jurij, i think you can be my hero.. hahaha ... i´ve been reading a lot, doing a lot of tests but i am really losing my hope. Got hard brick on my Z1 dont know how... i just changed the display of my device and it wodnt turn on again. I´ve done a display change 2 times and never had problems. I tought it was a display problem, but NO.... i got red light while charging, 3 red lights pressing power botton, no flash mode, fastboot mode... Tried the testpoint using the app c6903 and got this log from s1tool

 After that tried to connect battery and try to boot, but nothing, red light blinking. When i connect phone on computer it keeps acting like its connected and disconnected. I´ve read about your APPSW FSP AND ELABEL ( creating it from the FTF file) and got this log

Maybe battery is just dead / discharged? It's worth to check that phone on working charged battery.

 

Also you have some trim area errors in your log + corrupted fsp file. If you don't have service tools for Sony phones i would visit the nearest service centre so they can flash it properly so you can exclude software as a problem.

I am thinking about the "Dead" battery ... because i think that at some point when i was changing the display, i disconnected it while phone was on.... so.. its a possibility... i will let the phone charging for 24hs to check it out....The bad file in fsp.zip is because of the FTF that i´ve used to do the zip? maybe try other ftf?

You can't use ftf files with S1tool. Unpack ftf file using winrar and zip them and just add zip file. There is also a problem with appsw file - if you will unpack them, boot folder will also be unpacked and that can't be flashed. Use older xperifirm and check do not unpack files  so you will get pure firmware files.

I´ve followed this instructions to do de appsw and fsp

 

1. Step one - unpack .ftf file using winrar to new folder.

 

2. Step 2: create appsw.zip (not rar) file, which should contain:

 

  • rpm.sin,
  • partition-image.sin,
  • kernel.sin,
  • fotakernel.sin,
  • cache.sin,
  • apps_log.sin

3. Step 3: create fsp.zip:

 

  • userdata.sin,
  • system.sin,
  • amms-fsg,
  • amms-fs1,
  • amms-fs2

4. Create ELABEL.zip:

 

  • elabel.sin

 

(And i did the part of extract the FTF into a folder and selected those files and put into a ZIP file and converted to the sin file set...

 

Last question, About xperifirm... how about it? i´ve never used it... im used to flashtools ... but never tried nothing with xperifirm

Hey Jurij. I left it charging for more than 24hs and still the same, Red light while charging. 3 blinks red lights trying to power on. Connecting on pc still acting like connected and disconnected... i think i lost my hope..

How about it what? Appsw contains also boot.zip file and update.xml.

Jurij, look. I´ve extracted the a ftf and this is what i get after it

Hey Jurij i tried a lot of things. And i will explain to you.

 

5. Download proper APPSW firmware for your Sony Xperia Z1:

 

For C6903: rar.gif  C6903.rar   19.34MB    

(then i´ve unpacked this file, and noticed what had inside of it:

Downloaded xperifirm. >>> downloaded another ftf for testing >>> selected the same files that i found inside of your file. Created a new sin_file_set

 

But nothing seems to work...

 

Tried to create a fsp but always i got "bad file" wont flash" break " 


I think my last edit.  :( 

 

Could make a appsw, fsp, elabel of the same firmware as my device ( Thats why i was getting bad files, i was using wrong firmware)

 

With the right firmware got this log of APPSW, FSP, ELABEL

Not heart, just phone ;) Try to swap the battery. If on working battery phone will not power on, i would start looking for a new working unlocked main board ;)
