My sony xperia Z3 compact, Had same problem. My phone firmware was lolipoop 5.1.1, when i was flashed my phone to Marshmallow 6.0.1 then, Showing "INVALID CARD" network not working & camera not working. when i enter in camera Back camera showing black & front camera showing image but when i try to capture an image phone will be Hang... Please help me.

What tool did you used to flash your phone? Any flashing log?
