I have Xperia Z C6602 with unknown Baseband & No IMEI.

Yesterday Cell suddenly Hang, i did Force Restart after that Phone Starts Auto ON/OFF on Startup.
Then i Flashed Phone With C6602_10.1.A.1.434 INDIA_Unbranded.ftf

But when its done everything is ok without Baseband and IMEI.
I have flashed about 7-8 different rom From (C6602 & C6603) with different Build Number ( flashtool). But it don't Work & Phone have  unknown Baseband, No IMEI and No Sim signal .

I Don't have any backup.
Can Provide IMEI and Serial Number If Needed....

Any assistance will be Appreciated....

Thanks in advance.

If flashing does not help it's 100% hardware issue. If you have warranty, use it. If not, check modem part in nearest service centre, maybe rehot / reball will help. If not, search for working Xperia Z with broken LCD and swap main board. Or sell your phone for replacement parts and buy a new one.

Well, the very last thing you can do is to flash your phone and skip boot update. If you have option in your flashing tool to skip boot update - you can try it (or delete from update.xml line about boot ). But i really doubt it will help...

P.S. Use C6602 firmware only, do not use C6603 firmwares and others ;)

Sir i Did as you Mentioned Above, But as Your were in doubt It Didn't helped in unknown Baseband & No IMEI.

Flash Done Successfully and Phone all Functions Works ok But have unknown Baseband, No IMEI and No Sim signal .

And As you said To Use only C6602 Firmwares i am now Trying only C6602 Firmwares.... Thank's for Your Time....

So Now What Should I Do???? Any Suggestion????

It's 100% hardware problem. You can try to fix your main board (rehot / reball modem components, but due to current Sony's policy there is no available electrical schematics) or buy working Xperia Z with broken LCD and swap main board. Or sell your phone for replacement parts and buy a new one. Sorry, that i can't help you more.
