A new Sony Xperia smartphone D2403 has been spotted on GFXBench benchmark. It will be a low-end / mid-end smartphone with 4,4 - 4,7" touch screen (resolution up to 960 x 540 pixels) with Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 1,2 GHz quad core processor, Adreno 305 GPU, 16 GB of internal memory and 1GB RAM. On the back of that smartphone we will find a 7 MPx camera (max resolution is 3264 x 2448 pixels) which allows to record a Full HD video in resolution 1920 x 1080 pixels. On the front of that smartphone we will find a VGA camera for video calls.
