I had flash z5 premium firmware on z3+ by flashtool and now it was dead. It does not enter in any mode by pressing keys. No LED light when connected to pc of wall charger. But in device manager it shows as SOMC flash device. Let me know if anyone know the way to fix it.

You've damaged boot in your phone. Visit good service centre, maybe they will help you. They need to read first 32MB of data from working Xperia Z3+, disassembly your phone, desolder emmc, flash that 32MB using direct emmc tool (external emmc programmer) and solder it back then flash your phone using correct firmware version. Or you can buy working xperia z3+ with broken lcd and swap the main board. Your choice.

I don't know how can I fix this. So currently I will go for motherboard replacement. And also will give a try with dead motherboard to get some solution to fix it.

Thanks for you response and help.

Xperia Z3+ boot fix feature is not supported by S1tool or Setool2. You can contact the author of this tool on his forum, maybe he will add support for Z3+ and snapdragon 810 chipset, otherwise only direct emmc tool or main board swap can bring your phone to life :(

Oh, sorry my mistake, current Setool2 version support boot repair in E58xx, E65xx, E66xx models. I've tought the_laser added only mtk support. So just flash your phone in altbypass mode and your phone should be fixed.
